We Are The Fallen Announces Tour

We Are The Fallen have kicked off their North American and European tour dates for this summer. Having started in Dallas, Texas back on April 29th, the tour will conclude in Nottinghamshire on June 12th. They'll be touring in support of their debut album "Tear The World Down" to be released on May 11th.

On select dates, they'll be performing alongside rockers HIM at the House of Blues and the Filmore at Irving Plaza.

If the band looks familiar to you, that's because the band is composed of former Evanescence members who took part of their name from the first ever Evanescence record "Fallen". Guitarist, Ben Moody says he's had enough of the comparisons and wishes everyone would let it be.

"Yeah, I wish people would just get over it, 'cause it's just music'. Both bands can coexist. We wish them the best. They probably feel nothing towards us. But I don't expect to have the right to tell people, 'Get over it,' because it's been, what, a year since we made the announcement. In the end, what are they going to do? Take away my birthday? What can they say about me that they haven't already said? I've been hated since the day I left that band. I literally have heard it all. This means so much to us that we're going to do it -- or tear the world down in the process."
