Michelle Branch's website has confirmed a six track version of her third studio album, "Everything Comes And Goes", the release will be available sometime in the coming weeks both digitally and physically. This EP will coincide with her North American tour with Sugarland.
Copies sold at concerts have made their way onto eBay for up to $30 and Branch has been tweeting (@MichelleBranch) urgently to her fans not to pay ridiculous prices for it. "Please people, DO NOT buy my EP on Ebay! There will be physical copies as well as digital for sale any moment!! I'd give you all the release date but WB won't tell me! No-one ever tells me anything." She then added "P.S. Don't get me wrong, I have friends at WB who I love and have nothing to do with this."
Branch's album has been pushed back due to financial strains with her label, Warner Brothers. She recently told Modbee about how the songs may not be so new for her anymore but still are for her fans. "For me, the songs get old. I have to keep reminding myself that music fans have not heard it."
This will be Michelle's first follow up to "Hotel Paper" which was released seven years ago.
Michelle Branch Collaborates With Timbaland In New Video

Michelle Branch is trying out something different in her recent music video for "Getaway" where she collaborates with hip-hop superstar, Timbaland. just in time for a summer, well... Getaway! Branch sings about desperately wanting to escape the ordinary.
You can expect this quirky song to be on her next studio album, "Everything Comes and Goes", which was suppose to come out in 2009 but was held back due to issues with Michelle's label. Other than these two unlikely pair hooking up, the video shows Branch strumming on her guitar and leaving the recording studio while Timbaland sits behind the mixing board.
“I love Michelle Branch, I love what she does. What I did was take her beautiful soft voice on my grungy, hard beats. Country meets Timbo” Timbaland spills about the pairing.
The songstress said earlier this year that when working on this album in particular, she wanted to keep things exciting and fresh. "We're gonna have some fantastic new people on board to work this record."
According to AceShowbiz.com "she reportedly will also work with [R&B star], Akon". This has yet to be confirmed.
We've got the music video for "Getaway" below, enjoy!
Michelle Branch Upset At Her Record Company

Michelle Branch's third studio album titled, "Everything Comes And Goes" is still in pending stages even after it was originally slated to be released on November 10th of this year.
Last month Branch told The Boot on the CMA red carpet that she wasn't thrilled about the situation. "I'm so anxious. I've never had an album in my possession this long. My first two records I did in like 35 to 40 days. Anxious isn't even the right word. I don't know how I can elaborate on that any more."
Branch posted a message to her fans on her official website back in October explaining why the album was delayed. She mentioned that her label were laying off employees and as a result caused the release date to be pushed back.
"Up until two weeks ago my album was coming out November 10th. That all changed when a handful of people at Warner Brothers got let go during company wide lay offs. One person in particular has been a main part of my team for 10 years. He has been there since day one when I got signed and we had so much planned for this album and the future. This is just a result of the corporate world and the economic times we live in. So on a personal level this really sucks.
On a professional level, the label and I have collectively been trying to figure this out and have decided the best thing for the album is to push it back a bit so we can put my team back together and give the record the proper attention and promotion it deserves. Everyone is so fired up for this record to be out! We can't wait for everyone to see (and hear) all the hard work we have all put into this. It's my opinion that only then will you understand why we have taken so much time making this perfect. I need you guys to hang in there and not lose any faith. The album is coming out as soon as we get this all situated. But I need your support and your understanding."
Michelle has even gone as far as twittering snarky, sarcastic jokes about her label in hopes that maybe Warner will sit up and listen. "I wonder if I died in a car accident or checked myself into rehab if WB would finally release my record. What? Oops, not my inside voice". After her fans became aware of Meech's little publicity stunt and responded back, she simply tweeted, "Okay. Sounds like you all want me to live (so do I, believe me), and rehab sounds boring, so I'm admitting it now: I SLEPT WITH TIGER WOODS!!!"
Besides goofing off, Branch has been doing one-off gigs performing her latest single, "Sooner or Later", as well as other songs. According to The Boot, her record will drop sometime in 2010, no dates are yet confirmed.
Even through the crazy shenanigans, she still keeps her positive outlook and is hopeful that her adoring fans will love the new Michelle Branch. "I'm really proud of this music. I worked my butt off on this record, and I feel like it's my 'coming out' record...It's been six years since I've had a solo record out, and this one's in a different genre. Hopefully fans will like it."
