Kicking off in Springfield, Ill at the Prairie Capital Convention Center on July 31 this year's Carnival of Madness lineup is confirmed with the likes of Evanescence and Halestorm leading the pack among other bands, Chevelle and New Medicine.

The festival will run through the rest of the summer concluding on September 5 in Evansville, Ind.

The four bands aforementioned all have new music for fans to rock out to. This includes Evanescence's self-titled third album, Halestorm's latest release "The Strange Case of...", Chevelle's "Hats Off to the Bull" and New Medicine who released their debut in 2010.

Amy Lee recently spoke about the festivities, as well as Lzzy Hale's amazing voice. “We’re really looking forward to the Carnival of Madness tour this summer. We love Chevelle and haven’t hit the road together in years, and I’m really stoked to finally be playing some shows with Halestorm. Naturally, I’m a fan of strong women in music and Lzzy’s voice is spectacular.”
